50TPH Granite/Dolomite Crushing Plant

A 50TPH granite/dolomite crushing plant means that the input size of raw materials is less than or equal to 400mm, and the output size of finished products is less than or equal to 20mm.

The crushing plant mainly includes a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, a cone crusher or impact crusher, a vibrating screen, belt conveyors, and a control system. The specific equipment can be selected according to the actual production needs.

Here is a basic process flow of a 50TPH granite/dolomite crushing plant:

1. Raw materials are uniformly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing through the vibrating feeder.

2. After being crushed to the required size, the materials are transported to the cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing.

3. The crushed materials are then screened by a vibrating screen to separate different sizes of finished products.

4. The qualified materials are transported to the stockpile through a conveyor belt, and the unqualified materials are returned to the cone crusher or impact crusher for re-crushing.

5. Finally, the finished products are transported to the finished product area through a conveyor belt for storage or direct use.
