Product Advantages

The LUM Grinding Mill uses unique roller shell and lining plate grinding curve. It‘s easier to generate material layer and can realize high rate of finished products by once powder milling.
The use of PLC control system and multi-head powder separating technology in this grinding mill can help control working status easily and reduce the energy consumption by 30-50%.
The electronic limiting technology and mechanical limiting protection technology can avoid the destructive impact caused by machine vibration and guarantee the stable operation.
The reversible structure and the hydraulic system allow operators to take the roller device out of the body for checks and to carry out maintenance more easily.

Working Principle

Through spiral feeder, materials fall onto the center of grinding plate of LUM Ultrafine Vertical Grinding Mill. Driven by the host motor, materials move towards the fringe of grinding plate. While passing through the grinding area, bulky materials are broken directly while fine materials form a layer where materials crush each other. For sundries like iron block in materials, they would drop to the lower cavity of grinding mill and next be sent into the discharging port by scarper installed at the bottom of grinding plate and finally be discharged out of the grinding mill.
