How to replace a broken bearing in a jaw crusher?

Shut off the crusher and remove the flywheel cover.

Use a puller to remove the hub from the shaft.

Remove the bearing and any other parts that may be attached to the shaft.

Clean the shaft and housing thoroughly.

Press the new bearing onto the shaft and reassemble the hub and flywheel cover.

Start the crusher and check for proper operation.
